What we do, and how
GES exists for a specific reason: there is a wide gap between what artificial intelligence promises in a demo and what actually holds up inside a company. Closing that gap is engineering work — permissions, integration, error handling, monitoring, maintenance — and that is exactly the work we do.
We work with companies that already have systems running: an ERP, a CRM, a database with years of history, processes the team knows by heart. We do not propose starting over. We propose connecting, automating and — where it genuinely makes sense — adding AI capabilities on top of what already exists.
We are a specialised team, not a large consultancy. That means you talk directly to the people designing and writing the code, response times are short, and there are no management layers between the problem and the solution.
Principles
How we make decisions
We say no
If a process does not justify the investment, or the improvement can be had without AI, we say so. A project that should never have existed is the most expensive way to lose time.
Production or nothing
A pilot that never reaches production does not count as a result. We design for deployment, permissions and real operation from day one.
No forced dependency
You get the code, the documentation and the access. If you decide to continue with another team tomorrow, you can — nothing has to be rebuilt.
Data before models
Most AI projects fail on data quality and access, not on the model. That is where we start.

Every stage ends with something you can review: a document, a system in production, or a measured number. If something is not working, you find out early.
